Start with an Initial Assessment or Your First Class
If physical therapy or 1-on-1 coaching is the best fit for you, your first session focuses on assessing movement patterns, strength, mobility, lifestyle, and pain triggers so we can better understand your goals and build a plan around your needs.
If group training is the right fit, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to your first class so we can learn more about your goals, training history, and walk you through the flow of class.

Common questions about working with us, cost, and what to expect.
We are a cash-based clinic, which means we do not bill insurance directly. However, we accept HSA and FSA and provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This model allows us to spend more time with you and design individualized plans without insurance restrictions.
Pricing varies by service. PT evaluations and follow-ups, 1:1 training sessions, and group training class packages each have their own rates. During your discovery call we can discuss options that fit your goals and budget. HSA and FSA are accepted.
Yes. We offer telehealth for PT evaluations and follow-ups, plus remote and hybrid options for 1:1 training. This allows you to get support even if you can't make it to the Rogers clinic for every session.
That's completely fine! We work with people at all levels, from those new to lifting to experienced athletes.
