Fearless Was Created to Close the Gap Between Rehab and Lifelong Training
Too many people get stuck in the frustrating transition after physical therapy ends. Pain has improved, but they are not back to training. They are cleared to return to activity but have no clear guidance on how to progress safely. At Fearless, we designed our approach around that gap. Physical therapy and strength training are connected under one roof so there is no guesswork about what comes next, just a progressive plan built around your goals and your life.

Anna graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from St. Catherine University.
As a clinician, Anna takes an active approach to physical therapy, emphasizing strength, mobility, and movement. She firmly believes in movement as medicine and continuously promotes balanced and active lifestyles for both her rehab and fitness clients. Anna approaches her clients’ care with specificity and compassion, helping them return to the activities they love.
Outside of Fearless, Anna is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She loves skiing, hiking, playing golf and pickleball. Her passion for an active lifestyle inspired her to pursue a degree in physical therapy and to open Fearless Physical Therapy and Fitness. Anna’s goal is to help her clients get back to the activities they love without the fear of physical limitations and pain. She looks forward to teaming up with you to achieve your goals.

Ian Breuner is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and trainer at Fearless Physical Therapy and Fitness. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Montana State University in Bozeman.
Ian coaches clients of all ages and ability levels, helping them build strength, improve movement quality, and develop consistent training habits. His programming is informed by a performance-minded approach that meets people where they are.
Outside the Fearless, Ian enjoys skiing, hiking, and volleyball.

Kendra is a Certified Personal Trainer at Fearless Physical Therapy and Fitness through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with over 10 years of experience coaching both individuals and groups.
Kendra works with clients of all fitness levels, helping them build strength, improve movement, and develop consistent training habits. Her approach combines education, encouragement, and accountability to help people move forward with confidence.
Kendra brings energy and intentional programming to every session, creating a supportive environment where clients can progress toward their goals.
Outside of Fearless, Kendra enjoys cross country skiing, downhill skiing, biking, camping, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.
