Group Fitness Classes

Group fitness classes are designed to emphasize strength training with intervals of high-intensity work. Each class is structured in 4-week programs, so you will be performing the same series of workouts each week for four weeks. This repetition is intentional; to improve strength, performance, and confidence. Repeating the same exercises allows you to focus on form, increase weights gradually, and track your progress accurately.

Additionally, the structured 4-week cycle helps build a sense of routine and familiarity with the exercises, fostering a supportive and motivating group environment. As you see your own progress and that of your peers, it boosts confidence and encourages a collective drive to achieve personal and group fitness goals.

To aid in this process, you will be provided with a small binder and printed programs to track your sets, reps, and weights for each exercise. This tracking system serves two main purposes: (1) it allows you to visually see your improvements in performance over time, and (2) it enables both you and your trainer to appropriately adjust and progress your exercises. By keeping a detailed record, you can ensure that you are continually challenging yourself and making steady progress towards your fitness goals.
