Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Training includes four-week programs tailored to specific fitness topics or goals. Examples of semi-private topics include an introduction to barbell training or golf performance. These topics change depending on the season, allowing you to prepare your body to participate in your activities at a higher level without fear.

Semi-private training is conducted in small groups of up to five individuals. Each training block lasts 4 weeks and includes two in-person sessions per week. Every block will focus on new performance goals that change seasonally.

The semi-private format combines the benefits of personal training and group fitness. With classes limited to five participants, you'll receive more personalized coaching and guidance compared to larger classes, along with templates for tracking your progress. You'll also benefit from training alongside a small group of like-minded individuals, fostering a supportive and motivating environment.

These programs cater to people seeking a more personalized and goal-oriented fitness approach. Whether you’re wanting to become more comfortable in the gym setting, looking for more technical support and coach guidance, or seeking tailored programing for a specific topic, our Semi-Private Training has you covered. With a limit of five people per group, Semi-Private Training allows you to receive a level of attention unavailable in larger group settings.

Introduction to Barbell

  • This session focuses on teaching you the fundamentals of barbell exercises. You'll learn proper form, technique, and gain the confidence to incorporate barbells into your regular workout routine.
